Jan Fulton Memorial Youth Scholarship

Mrs. Jan Fulton was an icon for the Horseman's Quarter Horse Association. Jan along with her husband David, Ham & Dorris Phillips, Benham Stewart, his daughter Lulu, and Mr. Bob Pavy were all founders of the Horseman's Quarter Horse Association back in the early 80's. Just as she has always been dedicated to her family, Horseman's has been merely an extension of it and family has always been key to what Horseman's stands for. In the association's infancy they used their own money to finance the first horse shows. During her lifetime, she served in every office associated with the association and if there was a Horseman's show, she wanted to be there.

In her honor, the family together with the association has created a youth scholarship fund in her memory.
